The event is on beautiful Orcas Island in the San Juan Islands at the Eastsound Village Green (203 N Beach Rd, Eastsound, WA).
Where is the event located?
We recommend making ferry reservations to and from Anacortes and Orcas Island as soon as the summer sailing schedule is released (April/May) because ferry spots book quickly for summer (www.wsdot.wa.gov/travel/washington-state-ferries).
How do I get to Orcas Island?
Where do I park?
Parking is available throughout Eastsound Village. Saturdays is a are busy in the summertime and the Orcas Island Farmers Market is happening at the same time as the Cider & Mead Festival, so please be prepared to walk some distance.
I need lodging, what are your recommendations?
There is a plethora of places to stay including vacation homes, hotels, B&Bs, and resorts. To see lodging choices, go to the Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce. As with ferry reservations, we recommend booking your lodging as soon as possible.
Will there be food vendors?
Food from local vendors will be available just outside of the festival at the Orcas Island Farmers Market (10am-2pm). Other food establishments can be found at Orcas Island Chamber of Commerce.
Yes. Please bring your e-ticket to the event for admission.
do i need to bring my receipt to the event?
Yes. Additional drink tokens will be available for purchase at the event.
will i be able to purchase additional drink tokens?
Yes. There will be a sales tent where you can purchase bottles and cans of cider and mead for offsite consumption.
